Mackmyra Björksav (birch sap) is a Swedish single malt whisky inspired by the long-awaited return of spring. A collaboration with Grythyttan wine, Björksav is made up of whisky aged in ex-Bourbon, oloroso, birch sap wine seasoned and Sweidsh oak casks for a rewarding, floral whisky.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Floral and fruity with spice, vanilla fudge, sandalwood, bich sap wine and sweeter cherry and raisin notes.
Palate
Once again, fruit heavy with raisins and orchard fruit alongside toasted oak, vanilla fudge and spicier notes of anise, ginger and white pepper.
Finish
Light and spicy to finish with lingering toasted oak and dried fruits.
