Colour
Golden amber with warm honey hues.
Nose
A fragrant, sweet-fruited bouquet of orchard apples and pears, laced with vanilla-honey and warm Swedish oak. Subtle ex-Oloroso sherry notes bring dried fruit and almond, while hints of Bourbon sweetness weave spice and caramel through the aroma.
Palate
Sweet and fruity from the start—apple, pear and apricot—lifted by honeyed vanilla from the sherry and bourbon casks. On the mid-palate, silky Swedish oak adds depth, weaving cinnamon and gentle clove with a savoury edge. The finish turns dry and peppery, a refined spice with lingering oaken warmth.
