Powerful sherry influence envelopes the nose, releasing dark, glossy blackcurrant and rich dried fruit. Subtle tobacco leaf and toasted oak thread through, with a touch of spice and a warm, luxurious glow from the high-proof spirit.
Palate
Bold, sherried and unpeated, this High Coast delivers lush blackcurrant and dark fruit on the palate, layered with tobacco leaf and cocoa. Rich and full-bodied, the spirit carries warm spice and polished oak, finishing long, dry and enveloped in a refined, leathery resonance.
Finish
Long, warming finish where blackcurrant and tobacco ride a rich sherry backbone. Toasted oak and cocoa spice linger, fading to a velvety, leather-kissed echo that holds warm and refined.
