Signatory Vintage Scotch is one of the most discerning independent bottlers of Scotch in the world. They bottle one cask at a time, capitalizing on the unique colour and flavour characteristics of each individual cask.
By sourcing all-natural malts from the best distilleries in Scotland, selecting the best single batches and bottling only the finest casks within those batches. The resulting “single, single, single malt” this is about as exclusive it gets.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery-bronze highlights and a sun-warmed chestnut glow.
Nose
Bold peat smoke dominates, infused with briny sea air and a mineral snap. Behind it, creamy barley sweetness and oak-derived vanilla weave through, with a whisper of spice. The aroma speaks of Campbeltown’s coastal peat—a smoky, refined perfume that lingers.
Palate
Boldly peated with a maritime backbone, the palate delivers smoked barley, iodine and ash, woven with dark chocolate, fig and spice. A saline, sherried sweetness lingers mid-palate, giving a long, drying finish of sea salt, leather and peat smoke.
Finish
Substantial peat carries through the finish, with coastal smoke and iodine fading into dusky sherry fruit, cocoa and spice. Oak warms and dries the palate, leaving a resinous, mineral lift that lingers softly.
