Colour

Golden amber with warm honey tones and a delicate coppery glint.

Nose

Creamy vanilla and caramel toffee drift over custard-soft notes. Zesty orange peel and dried fruit rise, tempered by subtle oak and a whisper of sherry. A touch of cocoa and polished sweetness round out an elegant, old-bottling aroma.

Palate

Silky and creamy on the palate, with vanilla custard, honeyed malt and gentle orchard fruit. Subtle sherry notes bring dried fruit, almond and a whisper of spice, while light oak lends structure. A smooth, caramel-kissed finish lingers gracefully.

Finish

Silky, long finish with creamy vanilla and caramel, gentle oak spice, and a delicate hint of sherry-dried fruit that lingers softly on the palate.
