Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with coppery highlights.
Nose
Opulent and warm on the nose, inviting vanilla and toffee with a subtle sherry lift. Dried fruit notes—raisins and apricot—mingle with toasted almond, creamy sweetness and oak. A whisper of citrus zest and spice threads through, lending a refined, vintage Highland character.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, it coats the palate with creamy vanilla, toffee and honeyed oak. Rich sherried fruit notes emerge—dried fig, raisin and a flash of orange zest—seasoned with nutmeg and a touch of cocoa. The finish is long and warming, with toasted almond and caramel sweetness lingering gracefully.
Finish
Silky and long, the finish unfolds with velvety vanilla and honeyed cream, toffee and a touch of oak, then a warm wisp of spice and a final nutty, softly drying linger.
