Tasting Notes

Nose

Luxuriously creamy vanilla and toffee rise on the nose, wrapped in honeyed malt. Subtle sherry notes bring dried fruit, cocoa, and a hint of orange zest, while soft oak and spice lend warmth. A refined, dessert-like richness lingers, inviting a velvety sip.

Palate

Silky and creamy on the palate, with vanilla and honeyed toffee underpinning a fruit-forward core. Sherry-cask influence adds dried fruit notes—raisin and almond—alongside gentle spice and toasted oak. Plush mouthfeel leads to a warm caramel and cocoa finish, with a lingering malt sweetness.

Finish

Long, creamy finish with velvet vanilla and caramel that drape the palate, braided with delicate dried-fruit notes from sherry cask aging, and a warm fading kiss of spice.
