A hint of orange zest and almond adds brightness as maritime peat and a touch of leather weave through. The nose settles into a refined, smoky-warm invitation, with a whisper of iodine.

Palate

Peat and sherry meet on the palate in a sumptuous duet: raisin and fig fruitcake folded into dark chocolate, toffee, and espresso. Rich vanilla and toasted oak frame the sweetness, while a coastal peat smoke lingers, brightened by orange zest and a trace of clove. The finish is long, warmly spicy, with velvety tannins and a subtle salinity.
