Palate

A coastal peat smoke and iodine greet the palate, underscored by warm sherry sweetness. Dried fig and raisin mingle with dark chocolate and spice, brightened by orange zest and a maritime tang. Firm oak supports a long finish of smoke, cocoa, and leather.

Finish

An expansive, smoky finish that coats the palate with sea-salted ash and medicinal peat, gradually unfolding into rich sherry-soaked fruit, dark cocoa and toffee. The warmth lingers long—spiced orange, leather, and a final dry-briny edge that softly fades.
