Longrow Campbeltown Single Malt Scotch Whisky 10 Year Old · 1993 Vintage
Out of stock
An even earlier release of the now discontinued Longrow 10, this one was distilled back in 1993, 25 years ago. Needless to say the whisky world has changed a fair amount since then!

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm mahogany core.
Nose
Bold peat smoke and coastal brine rise, edged with iodine and ash. Sherry-matured warmth threads through: raisin and fig fruit, chocolate and coffee notes, kissed by vanilla, orange zest and spice. The aroma feels rugged yet refined—a seaside campfire in a polished barrel.
Palate
Powerful peat and coastal brine form the spine, tempered by sherry-cask sweetness. Raisin, fig, and dark chocolate unfold with a silky, full-bodied texture; nutty oak and hints of cinnamon weave through the lingering smoke, leaving a long, polished finish.
Finish
A long, smoky finish coats the palate with peat and sea spray, slowly yielding sherry-rich sweetness balanced by charred oak. Dried figs and dark chocolate linger, punctuated by warm spice and a peppery maritime glow.
