Colour
Dark coppery amber with mahogany hues and a warm sunlit edge of gold.
Nose
Sweet peat smoke leads the aroma, wrapped in a crisp maritime breeze. Briny sea spray, iodine and a touch of salt linger with a refined sweetness, while subtle ash and oak underpin the scent—coastal depth befitting a 21-year-old Longrow.
Palate
Opulent on the palate, sweet peat smoke rises with a coastal brine. Rich dark fruit from its long maturation, fig and raisin, dress a full, waxy body, touched by cocoa and toasted oak. A maritime, salty tang lingers into a long, peaty finish with peppery spice.
Finish
A long, smoky finish of sweet peat and sea breeze that lingers with briny maritime notes, slowly fading to cocoa and leather, leaving a refined whisper of salt and oak.
