Colour
Radiant copper-gold with warm amber depths and a honeyed glow.
Nose
A warm, indulgent bouquet of mellow maple syrup and caramelized demerara sugar, roasted banana, dates and apples, with cinnamon spice and a soft echo of earthy peat.
Palate
Rich pears and roasted banana mingle with spicy cinnamon, caramelized almonds and a touch of smoky earthy peat, with subtle maritime notes. Silky, velvety texture; exceptionally balanced and complex.
Finish
Long, velvety finish that lingers with caramel sweetness and warm spice, evolving into soft peat smoke with a gentle maritime snap and toasted-nut echoes.
