Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery glow and mahogany edges.
Nose
Mellow notes of prunes and dates, interwoven with molasse, with whispers of vanilla and milk chocolate.
Palate
Mellow dried fruits mingle with rich molasses and dark chocolate, threaded by cinnamon and ginger, with a nutty undertone of walnuts and chestnuts. Silky, smooth on the palate with a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
Medium to long, this finish lingers with dried fruit and molasses, unfolding into dark chocolate, cinnamon and ginger, and a nutty warmth from walnut and chestnut. A silky, warming fade that leaves a refined, lingering sweetness.
