The unusual cask story — Caribbean rum-seasoned wood married with peated malt spirit — gives a distinctive balance of soft peat smoke, gentle maritime influence and tropical sweetness.

Nose
On the nose, soft peat smoke rises gently, carrying a touch of sea breeze and subtle maritime character.
Palate
On the palate, sweet notes of toffee apple and muscovado sugar greet you, giving way to floral tones and a warming cinnamon spice. The peat element is earthy and smoky, yet never overpowering, with a savoury, coastal undertone.
Finish
Gentle smoke persists alongside light toffee into a mid to long finish. An elegant, complex and quietly bold dram hailing for an unusual, beautiful cask that has enhanced our already exceptional spirit.
