Nose
Powerful peat sits at the heart, soot and five-spice warmth melding with boggy, iodine-rich earth. Chili flakes drift over seaweed while caramelised onions and curry powder fry together, delivering sweetness with spice. A subtle meaty, tar-like note lingers, underscored by maritime smoke.
Palate
Malty, sweet peat greets the palate, briney honey and chilli flake heat mingle with white pepper on seaweed; iodine lingers with smoky ribs from a coastal BBQ, punctuated by five-spice, smoked toffee and a whisper of sooty aniseed.
Finish
Salty iodine lingers with chilli-kissed warmth, balanced by vanilla sweetness and earthy undertones. Fish oils and black liquorice thread through, culminating in a long, smoky peat finish.
