Sweet stewed apples layered with crispy, caramelized pastry, balanced by hints of cereal, tanned leather and vanilla.
Palate
Upfront sweet and spicy, vanilla and sea salt mingle with savoury pork crackling and a hint of black pepper.
Finish
Long, warming finish with gentle spice and charred oak, tempered by sea salt and maritime smoke. A lingering hint of smoked mackerel coats the palate, nestled in an oily mouthfeel that clings and slowly fades.
