Palate

Peat smoke and coastal iodine blaze a briny, medicinal core, tempered by velvety sherry sweetness. Rich notes of dark chocolate, dried cherry, and fig unfold with hints of toffee, almond, and spice. The 48% ABV lends warmth and precision, guiding a full-bodied mouthfeel into a long, smoky finish laced with sea-salt, pepper, and oak.

Finish

Long, maritime finish dominated by peaty smoke and iodine, carried on a saline breeze. Sherry-cask influence adds dark chocolate and dried fig, then fades to a warm, peppery ember that lingers with a refined coastal finish.
