Colour

Nose
Bold peat smoke fills the aroma, with iodine and coastal brine riding the breeze. Beneath, charred barley and a touch of vanilla from the oak emerge, accompanied by seaweed, tar, and citrus zest. The single-cask character lends mineral freshness and a poised sweetness that lingers with refined Islay authority.
Palate
Oil-rich and velvety, with bold peat smoke and iodine over sea-salt sweetness. Sherry-cask fruits—prune and fig with a hint of cocoa—emerge mid-palate, balanced by vanilla and spice. The finish is long and warming, echoing charred malt and lingering smoke.
Finish
A long, coastal peat finish clings to the palate, with iodine-smoked depth softening into warm, charred oak. A whisper of sweetness meets sea-salt and pepper, leaving a lasting, resinous warmth.
