Initially sweet & fruity flavours are dominant, like stewed apple, vanilla cream & pears in syrup, followed by a wave of sea salt, peat and crisp seaweed.
Finish
A very long finish of black pepper spice, antique leather and a sweet grassy smoke, gradually fading into a tarry peat aroma.
