Big, silky peat and smoke coat the palate, tempered by rich Pedro Ximénez sweetness—figs, raisins and dark toffee. Prunes, caramelized orange and cocoa mingle with briny sea notes, vanilla and subtle oak. A warming, peppery spine carries the finish long and luxurious.

Long, smoky finish with a luxurious Pedro Ximenez sweetness. Peat and sea smoke soften into rich dried fig, raisin and cocoa, with a whisper of vanilla and spice. The warmth lingers as a velvet ember, coating the mouth and fading into a refined, chocolate-dark afterglow.
