This 12 year old single malt was bottled in 2022 at 55.4% ABV and matured in ex-bourbon casks. The Elements of Islay series focuses on small batch releases that highlight the character of individual Islay distilleries through coded labels.
Ex-bourbon cask maturation allows the distillery’s signature heavily peated style to remain at the forefront, combining bold smoke and maritime influence with vanilla sweetness, citrus brightness and gentle oak spice. The result is a powerful, smoky Islay expression.

Rich, full-bodied mouthfeel with polished oak spice; smoke lingers, accented by a touch of salt and a cocoa-dried fruit sweetness. Long, warming finish threads smoke, sea spray and spice.
