Delicately smoked with alder, the aroma opens on bright rye grain and toasted malt. Subtle vanilla and caramel from the oak layers—ex-Bourbon, French oak, and new American white oak—lend sweetness, while gentle spice and a whisper of char add depth. The smoke remains refined and inviting, like a Nordic sauna moment captured in aroma.

Palate

On the palate, alder smoke threads through bright rye, delivering peppery spice and grain sweetness. Caramel and vanilla from bourbon casks mingle with toasted oak from French and American barrels. Creamy but buoyant, the texture is medium-full, finishing long with smoke and warming rye spice.

Finish

Long and contemplative, the finish winds down with wisps of alder smoke clinging to a warm rye core. Vanilla and toasted oak sweeten the lingering spice, while a subtle peppery bite and charred wood taper to a brisk, oaken fade.
