Out of stock
A private release of just 60 bottles, produced exclusively for the shareholders, directors and staff of the distillery for Christmas 2008. The first six casks filled from the very first spirit run have been allocated to be bottled in 2014, these bottles were taken from the same casks but bottled at 4 years old. A very very rare Campbeltown whisky indeed with both box and bottled signed by Stuart Robertson the distillery manager.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Garnet-tinged copper amber with a warm, ruby glow and mahogany edges.
Nose
Port-finished richness floods the nose with dark red fruits—plum, cherry, fig—brightened by vanilla and toffee. Subtle peat and coastal salt weave through cocoa-dusted oak, while a touch of spice and dried orange peel lingers, evoking a rare Campbeltown treasure in a four-year-old frame.
Palate
Silky, lightly oily on the palate with a whisper of Campbeltown peat and port-driven sweetness. Ripe red fruits—cherry, raspberry, plum—meld with fig, toffee and cocoa, framed by warm spice and a touch of oak. The finish is long and refined, with a gentle smoke and lingering port fruit.
Finish
Silky, port-tinged finish that lingers long on the palate. Rich dark berry and fig sweetness coat the tongue, braided with toffee, cocoa and gentle spice. Oak carries a polished warmth, with a faint maritime brightness that slowly fades into a refined, enduring afterglow.
