Colour

Nose
Bold peat smoke coats the aroma, braided with maritime brine, iodine and a medicinal edge. Vanilla and toffee peek through from the Bourbon cask influence, while citrus zest and toasted barley keep it bright. A whisper of tar and ash threads through a mineral, sea-salted framework, ending in a crisp, lingering sweetness.
Palate
On the palate, a bold, viscous peat smoke unfolds, building on vanilla and toffee from bourbon casks. Bright citrus zest, sea-salt mineral notes, and a touch of espresso mingle with toasted oak and warming spice. The ABV lends a confident heat, delivering a long, smoky finish with peppery warmth and maritime tang.
Finish
Long, smoke-laden peat coats the palate into a coastal, briny finish, tempered by bourbon vanilla and toffee. Spice notes—white pepper and clove—thread through the warmth, while oak delivers a gentle char that lingers. A bright citrus zest flickers at the end, leaving a persistent, ember-soft smoke.
