Vanilla and caramel rise from the Bourbon maturation, brightened by lemon zest and green apple, woven with creamy toffee and tropical fruit. Subtle oak and spice mingle with coastal brine and a whisper of peat smoke, finishing in a crisp, cask-strength glow.
Palate
Rich and full-bodied, the palate reveals creamy vanilla and toffee from the bourbon cask, with citrus lift and hints of tropical fruit. A whisper of peat and coastal brine folds in, balanced by caramel, coconut, and oak spice. The finish is warming and long, leaving vanilla, smoke and baking spices caressing the palate.
