Colour
Rich ruby with garnet depths and coppery amber highlights.
Nose
Raspberry ripple ice cream, dried cherry, forest fruits with a smoked crumble topping, hints of dark chocolate and Ribena.
Palate
Dried red berries, salty-earthy peat, strawberry shortbread, smoked oatmeal and subtle aromatic spices.
Finish
Creamy peat smoke lingers, mingling with spiced berries and earthy undertones. A gentle, jammy sweetness threads through, leaving a velvet, slightly salted finish that invites the next sip.
