Palate

Silky and full-bodied, the palate delivers rich sherry sweetness—fig, raisin and dark chocolate—woven with Kilchoman’s coastal peat. Cinnamon and clove spice mingle with toasted oak, touched by a hint of orange zest. The finish is long and smoky, cocoa-laden and warmly spiced, with a delicate saline edge.
