A limited Founder's Cask release from Kilchoman, this 11 year old Islay single malt was bottled in 2023 after a double cask maturation including finishing in Calvados brandy casks. Bottled at 54.8% ABV, the release was limited to 517 bottles.
The Calvados cask finish introduces orchard fruit character and gentle brandy sweetness to Kilchoman’s signature coastal peat smoke, complementing the distillery’s vibrant, cereal-led spirit with layered apple fruit richness, spice and oak depth in a distinctive limited release.
