A special 14 year old in Kilchoman’s 20th Anniversary Cask Series, this expression was drawn from five Oloroso sherry butts filled in 2011 and bottled in 2025 at 55% ABV with a limited outturn of 3,145 bottles, celebrating two decades of the distillery’s farm-to-bottle craftsmanship.
Sherry cask maturation and 100% Islay barley give bold character, with rich dried fruit and spices weaving through gentle peat smoke and coastal influence typical of Kilchoman’s style.

Intense and warm, the palate delivers bold spices and ripe dried dates, with a subtle sweetness. Dark chocolate and herbal liquorice weave through to balance the heat, while a gentle coastal peat lingers, delivering a long, rewarding finish.
