One of the great New World Single Malts. Matured in American oak wine barrels that have been used to mature both red and white wines, this Taiwanese Single Malt from the Kavalan Solist series has won a plethora of awards.Rich vanilla and caramelised sugars on the nose with dark chocolate, mango, lemon and kiwi. The palate is rich and layered and complex with a long and lingering finish. This is a dense, unctuous whisky that has incredibly depth of flavour and length.

Palate
Luxuriously rich and layered, this unctuous palate blends vanilla and caramel from wine-barrel maturation with dark chocolate notes and tropical fruit, mango and kiwi, brightened by lemon. The American oak adds subtle tannin and spice, carrying into a long, lingering finish of remarkable depth and wine-finished elegance.

Opulent and long, this finish clings with velvety vanilla and caramelized sugar, slowly unfolding into dark chocolate. Rich oak whispers support as warmth lingers, leaving a dense, unctuous impression of depth and length on the palate.
