Straw gold in colour with toasted pine nuts, mixed peel and oily/salty citrus on the nose, salted fudge, herbal honey, grassy and waxy citrus follow on the slightly coastal mouthfeel and finishes with salty dried fruit and a touch of peppery sherried oak. Great aperitif malt instead of a fino sherry or try with shellfish.
