Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale straw gold with a bright, lucid glow and a whisper of sunlit warmth.
Nose
Aromas of spiced apricot, musky peach, and nectarine mingle with a whisper of white pepper and sooty smoke, offset by salted white chocolate.
Palate
Green apple and lemon-lime zest open the palate, carried by cool menthol with a subtle touch of white pepper. Sweet chili flakes lend gentle heat, while gooseberry adds tart lift, finished by a delicate, lingering smoke.
Finish
Smoked apricot and spiced apple linger, brightened by white pepper and a whisper of ginger barley sugar. Mint leaf cools the finish, leaving a peppery, clean glow with subtle smoke and a refreshing fruit lift.
