An opulent sherried bouquet unfolds: dark plums, dried cherries and figs cloak rich raisins, braided with cocoa, toffee and warm vanilla. Nutty almond, toasted oak and cacao nibs weave in depth, while hints of cinnamon, leather and tobacco lend seasoned elegance—polished, persistent and inviting on the nose.
Palate
Opulent and textured, the palate reveals lush sherried sweetness with prune, fig, and dark cocoa weaving with toffee and orange zest. Layered spices like clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg drive warmth over rich oak, finishing with a peppery glow and a long, contemplative aftertaste.
Finish
Opulent, long finish of dried fig and raisin cloaked in dark chocolate and espresso. Sherry-cask richness threads through toasted oak, with a nuanced spice that opens into tobacco, leather and caramel-amber warmth, slowly fading into a refined, lingering sweetness.
