Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and mahogany edges, a sherry-kissed glow.
Nose
Rich sherry-nourished aromatics rise in velvety layers: dried fig and raisin mingle with plum, plus toasted almond and dark chocolate. Warm spice of cinnamon and clove, with orange zest, thread through mahogany wood, accompanied by whispers of tobacco and leather, finishing in cocoa-dusted sweetness.
Palate
Silky and richly sherried, the palate opens with dark fig and prune, plums and a touch of orange zest. Velvety toffee and cocoa drift over roasted almond, with warming spice, cinnamon, clove and a hint of nutmeg. Oak adds gentle tannin and resin, leading to a long, luxurious finish of fruitcake, coffee and chocolate.
Finish
Silky, long finish with polished oak, dark fig and raisin, and a bright note of orange zest. Sherry influence deepens into cocoa, spice, and a whisper of smoke, fading to warm resin and a delicate, lingering bitterness that invites the next sip.
