Pale gold with a delicate honey sheen and a touch of amber.
Nose
Elegant citrus zest and honeyed barley mingle with pale oak, while a soft sherry influence brings dried fig and raisin, almond, and a whisper of cocoa and spice, finishing in creamy vanilla warmth.
Palate
Silky, refined and lightly citrus, with lemon zest and green apple balanced by malt and vanilla. Delicate spice appears mid-palate, followed by honeyed oak and a creamy, long finish with subtle nutty and mineral undertones.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish coats the palate with creamy malt and a delicate sherry sweetness, unlocking dried orange, almond, and vanilla notes. Gentle oak tannins carry a warm, lasting glow.
