From the 2nd batch of GlenAllachie's Wood Finish Series comes this beautifully golden malt that was first aged in the finest American Oak Wood Barrels for over nine years before being re-racked into Moscatel Barriques.
The second maturation period enriches the flavour, creating a fruitier style of whisky with a very vivid and aromatic nose, typical of the muscat grape.

Colour
Radiant golden with warm amber highlights.
Nose
Juicy peaches meet warm cinnamon, lifted by honeyed heather. A mocha whisper lingers, while Muscat-derived fruitiness adds a sun-warmed sweetness, giving a vivid, aromatic nose that hints at Moscatel indulgence.
Palate
A rich, honeyed palate of heather honey, sun-ripe peaches and orange zest, spiked with cinnamon. The fruit sweetness is balanced by subtle spice, finishing with a warm, citrusy glow.
Finish
Long, warm finish with velvet honey and peachy orchard fruit. Orange zest and cinnamon unfold across the tongue, finishing with a gentle mocha drift and a lasting kiss of Moscatel sweetness.
