This golden bronze malt obtains its silky tannins, sweet spice and fruit notes from hogsheads made of French Oak (Quercus Robur) sourced from the Haute-Garonne region close to the Pyrenees. The fine-grained, consistent wood is air dried for 15 months before hosting the GlenAllachie spirit. The result is a delectable, subtle and earthy Single Malt.

On the nose, citrusy orange peel and heather honey rise with soft spice, unveiling caramel sweetness, orchard fruits and a subtle mocha note.
Palate
Silky layers of heather honey, mocha and brittle toffee spread across the palate, brightened by grapefruit and cinnamon, with earthy tannins lending gravitas and a warming note of ginger lingering on the finish.
Finish
Grapefruit brightness lingers into a warm, spice-kissed finish, where cinnamon and ginger weave through earthy tannins, leaving a long, delicately dry echo.
