Aromas unfold in layers: heather honey and toffee mingle with muscovado sugar, accompanied by dark chocolate and caramel, while dried sultanas lend fruit cake sweetness.
Palate
An indulgent palate bursting with fruit cake, butterscotch and wild Scottish honey, unfolding into creamy sweetness and warm, honeyed depth.
Finish
Layers of blackcurrant and almonds, carried by soft oak spice, linger with a warm, refined finish that slowly fades to a delicate, nutty echo.
