Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery glow and rich mahogany undertones.
Nose
Opulent sherry notes lead the aroma: raisin and dried fig mingle with orange zest and toffee, while vanilla and cocoa weave through. Spices—cinnamon and clove—and polished oak add warmth and intrigue, with a subtle almond nuttiness anchoring the profile. Elegant, fruit-forward depth hints at 25 years in cask, inviting slow inhalation and anticipation.
Palate
Glen Keith delivers a velvety, full-bodied palate, richly sherried with raisin and fig leading into dark cocoa and toffee. Spices—ginger, clove, nutmeg—sit on a lacquered oak frame, while orange zest provides a bright lift mid-palate. The finish is long and warming, with dried fruits and espresso lingering alongside polished, resinous sweetness.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish steeped in sherry sweetness, with dried fig and raisin fruit, orange zest and a note of dark chocolate. Velvet oak and warming spice persist, slowly fading into refined depth on the palate.
