Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright straw-gold with warm honey highlights and a delicate amber edge.
Nose
A very floral, fresh nose with elderflower and lychee at the fore, followed by gentle sweetness of peach, ripe pear and lily of the valley.
Palate
Salty, with almond and pepper at the fore, then sweeter orchard notes of peach and pear emerge. Pine nuts add a subtle nuttiness, while a meadowy grassiness threads through, leaving a fresh, balanced finish.
Finish
Warm, long and soft, the finish lingers with a delicate saltiness, almond and pepper notes, then eases into orchard sweetness with a whisper of meadow grass, leaving a refined, lingering warmth.
