Matured in first fill bourbon & re-charred hogsheads, this expression has aromas of rich honey and oats, softened by fresh green apple. Flavours of creamy vanilla custard are followed by fruits and a gentle peppery spice. A rich, toasted finish follows with rich crème brûlée served with orchard fruits.
