Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with mahogany depth and a warm caramel glow.
Nose
Fresh pear drops mingle with lemon peel and yuzu, softened by rosewater, almonds and cardamom. A splash of water lifts the bouquet to reveal delicate chamomile and elderflower, adding a gentle floral lift to the fruit-forward aroma.
Palate
Fresh candied lemon peel, key lime, kiwis and starfruit fuse with nougat, Turkish delight and crisp dry white wine on the palate; water broadens to caramel wafers and orange marmalade.
Finish
Crisp, fresh and citrussy, with a lingering note of green fruit salad.
