Tasting Notes
Nose
Fresh pear drops mingle with lemon peel and yuzu, softened by rosewater, almonds and cardamom. A splash of water lifts the bouquet to reveal delicate chamomile and elderflower, adding a gentle floral lift to the fruit-forward aroma.
Palate
As with the nose, fresh flavours of candied lemon peel, key lime, kiwis and starfruit merge with richer nougat, Turkish delight and crisp, dry white wine. Water adds fatter flavours of caramel wafers and orange marmalade.
Finish
Crisp, fresh & citrussy, full of green fruit salad.
