Sour plums mingle with supersweet raisins and milk chocolate praline, delivering a lush, velvety aroma that hints at rich sherry sweetness and toasted oak.

Palate

Silky chocolate syrup coats the palate, then blooms into herbal sweetness with pine and woodsy spices—a warm, resinous lift that lingers.

Finish

An extended, woody finish that lingers with sweet sap, resin and spice, carrying subtle Oloroso depth. The sweetness persists on the palate, woven with herbal warmth and piney undertones—an ideal, wintry après-ski moment.

Blair Athol
(blair-ATH-oll) Blair Athol was founded in 1798 by John Stewart and Robert Robertson in Pitlochry, originally opening as Aldour after the Allt Dour burn. The early distillery closed soon after, before reopening in 1825 under the Blair Athol name. It later passed through several owners, including Peter Mackenzie, before Arthur Bell & Sons acquired the distillery in 1933.
