Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery shimmer and a subtle ruby glow.
Nose
Bright orchard fruit and citrus zest meet red-wine depth, with cherry, raspberry and a hint of blackberry. Vanilla and almond weave through spicy oak, while a subtle malt sweetness and toasted notes lend warmth to this wine-kissed aroma.
Palate
Velvety, medium-full on the palate, with a red-fruit core of cherry, plum and raspberry, wrapped in dark chocolate and vanilla. Spices—nutmeg and cinnamon—add warmth, while refined oak supports. Red-wine cask tannins lend a drying, structured bite, and the finish fades with berry sweetness and cocoa.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with red wine–driven fruit, plush raspberry and blackcurrant, and hints of plum. Subtle spice, integrated tannins, cocoa, and toasted oak fade to a warm, lingering glow.
