Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, natural amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany edge.
Nose
Opulent and warming, this nose unfurls with dark fruit and malty depth. Raisin, fig and orange zest entwine with rich sherry sweetness, while cocoa and toffee glaze the surface. Subtle spice—cinnamon and clove—acquaint a polished oak backbone, with vanilla and leather notes lending sophistication to a robust, indulgent aroma.
Palate
Velvety, full-bodied and richly sherried, with dark fruit, fig and cocoa notes balanced by orange zest and toasted oak. The texture is creamy yet sinewy, a waxy mouthfeel that carries spice—cinnamon and clove—into a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, opulent finish of warm spice and dark fruit, cloaked in sherry sweetness. Chocolate-draped raisin, toasted almond and cocoa emerge, then melt into a refined, cinnamon-tinged warmth that lingers gracefully.
