Colour

Rich, dark amber with mahogany depth and coppery-red highlights, a warm, sun-burnished glow.

Nose

Intense first-fill PX presence floods the nose with dark fruit—raisin, fig, prune and date—brightened by orange zest. Rich caramel, toffee and molasses swirl with almond, cocoa and toasted oak, while a kiss of leather and spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—lends warm, poised depth to the high‑proof spirit.

Palate

Big, sultry palate of sun-kissed raisins, fig and date, drenched in thick PX syrup. Dark chocolate, toffee and treacle mingle with toasted almond and orange zest. Full-bodied, velvety mouthfeel, warming from the 58.9% ABV, with cinnamon, clove and nutmeg weaving through oak and a hint of smoked vanilla.

Finish

Opulent PX-sherry finish, as if wrapped in velvet. Raisin, fig and prune mingle with date nectar, layered with dark chocolate and a hint of orange zest. A kiss of treacle and toasty oak lingers, while warming spice unfolds slowly, leaving a long, refined, and indulgent fade.
