Colour
Dark amber with mahogany depth and coppery highlights.
Nose
Dark plum, fig, and raisin mingle with orange zest and a velvet sherry blanket. Toasted almond, walnut, and a kiss of cacao rise from rich vanilla oak, while cinnamon and clove dust the aroma with warm spice. A waxy, honeyed fruitiness lingers.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate delivers a rich chorus of dried fruit—raisin, fig, orange zest—draped in honeyed vanilla and toasted almond. Cocoa and toffee mingle with warm spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), while polished oak provides structure. The 50% ABV is integrated, yielding a creamy warmth and a long, sherry-soaked finish with lingering fruit and cocoa notes.
Finish
Silky, long and polished, the finish unveils sherry-infused sweetness—raisins, fig and dark chocolate—balanced with orange zest, spice and toasted oak. It lingers warmly, tapering to a refined, nutty dryness.
