(dal-MOR) Founded in 1839 and located on the shores of the Cromarty Firth in the Scottish Highlands, The Dalmore has built its reputation on rich, luxurious single malt whisky with a strong emphasis on exceptional cask maturation. Its setting allows the distillery to draw water from the River Alness, while the coastal climate plays its part in the character and ageing of the spirit.
