A 15 year old Dailuaine from TBWC, a Speyside distillery that's growing in popularity. Batch 2 is a release of 950 bottles. The label relates to the fact the distillery had stainless steel condensers (as opposed to copper) which added a distinct sulphur note to some older bottlings, a flavour profile that was somewhat divisive.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a glossy, rich depth.
Nose
Meaty at first, it opens with leafy, herbal hints, then molasses swells, unfolding a dark, syrupy sweetness that lingers and grows richer.
Palate
Barley sweetness juxtaposed with intense oak spice, the malt underpinning the palate as the wood-driven heat builds a bold, peppery bite that lingers.
Finish
An elegant, lingering finale of red berries and cinnamon, warmed by soft spice as sweetness gently fades to memory.
