Distilled in 2007, this Dailuaine spent its first thirteen years in a refill hogshead before being transferred for a further six years into a first-fill sherry hogshead. Bottled at 19 years old with a gentle reduction to 53% ABV, the release is limited to 175 bottles.
The lengthy sherry-cask finish wraps Dailuaine’s naturally weighty and muscular distillate in a rich but well-integrated layer of dark fruit, chocolate and earthy spice. Dense and classical in style, it retains the robust structure of the spirit while delivering generous sherry influence throughout.

Nose
Sticky and tangy dark fruits with a waxy texture, followed by plum wine, mature orange liqueur and earthy Armagnac.
Palate
Rich, classical sherry character with dark fruit chutney, plums baked in Armagnac, sweet liquorice, ruby ale and mineral notes.
Finish
Long and well-balanced, moving between sweet dark fruit and drier notes of earth and bitter chocolate.
